Can I put a car seat on the front passenger seat?

Yes - However, it’s preferred to put an infant/child car seat in the back seat of a vehicle. If you do place an infant car seat for a 0-13 month old in the front passenger seat, the frontal airbag should be deactivated or nonexistent. If the child is 9 months to 12 years old, the seat should be positioned in the rearmost part of the front seat, if it’s furnished with an airbag.
