At what level should the harness straps be for my child in the forward-facing toddler position?

Answer

For a child who is installed in the forward-facing toddler position, the harness straps MUST be at or slightly above shoulders.

Always choose the shoulder harness slot position that is closest to your child’s shoulder height.

If the shoulder harness slots are below the child’s shoulder with the headrest in the highest position, DO NOT use the child restraint.

For more information on adjusting your headrest/harness height, please see your model-specific user manual.
